We’re conveniently located at 22385 Broadway, Sonoma, CA 95476, just a scenic 20-minute drive (about 11.7 miles) from Napa. It’s a beautiful, easy route—perfect for a day of wine tasting and exploring both valleys!

We love our furry friends, but the home is generally pet-free. That said, we’re happy to review requests on a case-by-case basis, and exceptions can sometimes be made with an additional fee. Just reach out to our Guest Services team at (408) 460-3275 for more information.
You’re welcome to park anywhere on the gravel or concrete areas of the property.

House Rules
A detailed Welcome Guide will be provided following your reservation; in the meantime, please find a few highlights below.
- Check-in after 4:00 PM PT
- Checkout before 11:00 AM PT
- Self check-in with keypad
- 12 guests maximum
- No pets
- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM PT
- No parties or events
- No smoking
- No glass in pool or hot tub
- Parking: You may park anywhere on the property that there is gravel or concrete.
Cancellation & Payment Policy
Cancellation:
We understand that plans can change. If you cancel more than 45 days before arrival, you’ll receive a 97% refund (excluding insurance and administrative fees). For cancellations within 45 days, the stay is non-refundable; however, your deposit may be applied toward a future reservation within 6 months, offering added flexibility.
Payments:
A 50% deposit is collected at booking, with the remaining balance automatically processed 45 days before arrival for a smooth, effortless experience.
Security Deposit:
A $500 refundable security hold is placed 2 days before arrival and released within 7 days when the home is returned in its beautiful condition.
